This is a personal site run by Matt Geer. I try to collect as little data as possible and be straightforward about what I do collect.

What I collect

• Email address — if you subscribe to the newsletter. Used only to send the newsletter. Never sold or shared.
• Analytics — basic, privacy-first analytics. No personal data, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.

What I don't do

• I don't sell or share your data with third parties.
• I don't run retargeting ads using your email or behavior.
• I don't use invasive tracking pixels or third-party analytics that profile you.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Any cookies set are strictly functional (e.g. form state).

Unsubscribing

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you're done — no re-engagement sequences, no "are you sure?" flows.
